User data

We store the following data about our registered users: name, email address and sent inquiries. When the user sends an inquiry, his/her name and email address are automatically attached to the message, so the venues can reply. We inform the user about this in the inquiry form. Venues are not allowed to give user data to a 3rd party.

We don't give user data to 3rd parties, except the venues when sending an inquiry.

Venue owner data

We store the following data about the venue owners: name, phone, email address. We don't give these informations to 3rd parties.

How and where do we store data?

We wish to store, process and use data in a way that is in full accordance with the strict criteria of the EU's personal data protection regulations.

All data is securely stored on servers supplied by DotRoll Kft. (1148 Budapest, Fogarasi út 3-5., Company number: 01-09-882068, Tax number: 13962982-2-42) in the EU. The servers are constantly monitored, there are regular scans for vulnerabilities and viruses. Furthermore, all passwords are hashed, so no one can retrieve them.
